Using the website
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit Whatson.pk, use a tool, download a prepared file or read its content. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The website publisher is Whatson. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@whatson.pk. These terms concern the website; they do not replace a supplier contract, an institution’s rules or an advertiser’s agreement with you.
What you may do
Use tools for lawful tasks
You may use the available tools for personal, educational or ordinary business work, within their stated limits and the rights you hold in your inputs.
Use your own results
You may use calculated results and prepared outputs for your lawful task. Ownership or permission requirements for source material still apply.
Link to helpful pages
You may share links to Whatson pages. Do not present a link as evidence that Whatson has approved your service or entered a partnership.
Access to a tool is not a licence to copy the website’s design, republish complete guides or redistribute its underlying software. Any separate software licence applies to that software on its own terms.
Responsibility for inputs and outputs
You are responsible for choosing the correct tool, entering accurate information and checking the selected units, options and assumptions. Example values are not a recommended quote, an official threshold or a verified measurement of your project.
You must have the necessary rights to upload or process an image, dataset or other material. Do not submit credentials, confidential records or another person’s personal information without a valid reason and permission where required.
Review downloaded files and calculations before using them. A tool can apply a method correctly to the wrong input. It can also contain an error, fail to represent a real condition or use a convention different from the one your task requires.
Important decisions need outside verification
Whatson provides general tools and explanations. It does not provide a professional sign off, a safety certificate, an official admissions decision, financial advice or a binding supplier quotation.
For construction or electrical work, use verified site details and a qualified professional. For academic outcomes, check the institution’s published rules. For business, tax, contractual or regulated decisions, consult the responsible adviser or authority.
The Disclaimer explains category specific limits. Read the tool’s own notes too, because a general notice cannot capture every formula, rounding rule or file restriction.
Activities that are not permitted
- Attempting to access private information, accounts, server files or restricted systems.
- Using the website to distribute malware, infringe rights, harass others or process unlawfully obtained information.
- Bypassing technical limits, deliberately overloading services or interfering with other visitors’ access.
- Submitting misleading comments, impersonating another person or making false claims of affiliation.
- Collecting personal information from comments or other features for unsolicited contact.
- Using outputs to deceive an institution, buyer, platform or other person.
Public information can be read and linked through normal browsing. If you need automated access at a scale that may affect the server, contact us first. This does not make a public directory or discovery feed a guaranteed service level agreement.
Website material and third party rights
Website text, visual design and original assets may be protected by intellectual property rights. Material belonging to another person remains subject to that person’s rights. Product, organisation and platform names are used for identification; their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
Processing an image does not give you copyright in someone else’s photograph or logo. A formatted dataset does not give permission to disclose records it contains. You remain responsible for your intended use.
Availability, changes and errors
Features may be changed, corrected, limited or removed. File limits, browser support and hosting capacity can affect whether a task completes. Do not rely on Whatson as the only place where an important record or output is kept.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error free operation or compatibility with every device and external platform. A prepared image may still fail a third party’s upload requirements, and a grade or fee calculation may differ from a later official decision.
Where an error is identified, report a small reproducible example through the Contact page. Reporting an issue does not establish a guarantee of a fix by a particular time.
Advertising and external services
Advertising and external links may appear on the website. An advertiser or linked website is responsible for its own offers, transactions and privacy practices. You should inspect the destination before providing information or making a purchase.
Whatson is not a party to a transaction simply because you followed an advertisement or link. An ad placement is separate from a calculator result, a guide or a recommendation.
Messages and comments
Where comments are enabled, keep them relevant and do not include private details. Spam, abusive content, unlawful material and misleading claims may be removed or held for moderation. A comment is the contributor’s statement, not an official answer from Whatson.
Sending feedback allows us to consider it when improving a tool or guide. It does not grant us ownership of unrelated material or turn your message into a paid engagement. Do not send work that you are not authorised to share.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Whatson does not accept liability for losses caused by reliance on an estimate, incorrect inputs, service interruption, an external provider or an unsuitable use of a result. This includes decisions made without the relevant independent checks.
Nothing in these terms removes a right or limits a liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any dispute is subject to the laws and lawful forum that apply to the parties and circumstances.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the website or its practices change. The updated date identifies the current version. Review it when using a new feature or returning after a significant change.
