Sales & Profit Scenario Planner

Turn traffic and three conversion assumptions into order revenue and contribution forecasts.

Open this tool

Traffic becomes orders only under a conversion assumption. Several scenarios make that uncertainty easier to see.

Enter low, base and high conversion rates in order, then compare revenue and contribution with the same order costs.

How to use

Why use this tool

The three cases show how a change in conversion affects the plan without presenting one assumed rate as a prediction.

Before relying on the result

Low ≤ base ≤ high must hold. Expected orders can be fractional. Do not count the same ads in variable cost and period spend. Assumed conversion is not a prediction of demand.

Tool limitations

Low ≤ base ≤ high must hold. Expected orders can be fractional. Do not count the same ads in variable cost and period spend. Assumed conversion is not a prediction of demand.

Questions

Can expected orders include decimals?

Yes. They describe an average scenario. Actual completed order counts will be whole numbers.

What should I check before using Sales & Profit Scenario Planner?

Check Visitors in period, Low conversion, Base conversion and High conversion. Use the exact units shown beside the controls and replace any example values with your own inputs.
